3. Participants are struck by the urge to cuddle. No romantic feelings are created or altered, just unexplained snuggly feelings are involved. You can SCREAM at this urge, shake and cry, get hearts in your eyes, feel elated and joyful, rant along the whole way, whatever. It DOES NOT STOP THIS URGE TO CUDDLE.
4. Cuddle! No violent cuddle chokes or cuddle stabs plz. Those can come later ;)

Billy is more than happy like this. His mind feels almost complete again, and just the warmth of being with her---it's enhanced somehow. Absence makes the heart grow fonder is an appropriate thought.

"You'd better. It's been far too quiet without you. Do you know how much you're missed?"

All the pain he'd been through was more than obvious, especially in the eyes, but this time was precious.

she hugged him, as hard as she could. "I'm just in a kind of limbo for now. Billy, be patient with me when I come out, will you? Who I am is different, and I'm not who I thought I was. I won't make that your burden, but it'll be pretty heavy. Just...deal with me?"

She looked particularly saddened at all he must have been through because of her absence. "I hated thinking of what this must have done to you."

"It isn't the first time I've been through this," Billy reminded her, "and I should have been more prepared. It's because of your training that the physical side effects were minimal this time."

His hold on her tightened as he tucked his head over her, tears coming to his eyes. "You don't have to ask. Our trust in each other was real, wasn't it? Bondeds help each other through no matter what."

She hugged him hard. "That's not an excuse. I never wanted you to feel like this. I always hoped that we could spare each other the idea that any of us would go away, you know? But I'm glad I could help, some way."

She smiled back, and held him tightly. "I really do love you Billy. I'm glad that I can come back and stay as close with you as I've been. And yes, you're right: we will help each other, no matter what."

"Hopes that our feelings will be spared seem futile here," Billy mumbled, though he continued to hold her close. It was enough to feel her here with him.

"I love you too, and I'll make sure that you know it. I might be a little overwhelmed like I am now, just to forewarn you."

"Yes, I know," she said, sighing. "I'll be a little different, at least in name and origin, but it'll still be me." She held him tightly. "Ronnae has been watching over you, I bet."

She laughed quietly. "Good. I wouldn't have it any other way."
