DRUNK MEME
The premise is really very simple: The characters posted here are getting drunk at this on-planet marketplace. If your character would normally do so, you need no further instruction. Have fun!
If your character's a teetotaler, though, no worries. All the foods and beverages here at this strange marketplace of wonders are so imperceptibly alcohol-laced that no one will have a clue until it's too late. :3 By then, the fun's already beginning and there is NO ESCAPE. You are all DOOMED to suffer. Or puke. Or be really really super, if you're the type to process alcohol amazingly well.
Eat, drink, and have a party! There's plenty of partying with the locals over here for your characters to join in on. You have the vendors' corridor and a field outside it to roam around in, and for some reason the outdoor field is stocked with enormous gliding kites. This recipe sounds pretty disasteriffic to me.

You'll find her delightedly engaging in contests of strength with the locals, supporting a cow with each of her hands. Why cows?
Because cows are awesome, that's why.
"You see? It is really very simple!," she answers their question, taking on a more hasty and slurred tone than usual.
no subject
Yes, she said "doo." She's a bit tipsy now Stafire.

Conversation? Maybe she has had too many drinks. Either that or she kissed the cow.
Grinning, she gently sets them down. Because they are not drunk, they do not tip over, but all these intoxicated crew members are clearly a hazard to their continued safety.
"What would you lift?"

"You should probably penn them up though," Katara said, trying to keep a semblance of maturity and sensibility despite how silly it was to even attempt it. "They might get hurt."
At her query, Katara looked startled. "Um...I dunno. What would you suggest?"
Try it Starfire. She's drunk, likely she'll do anything.

Once they had started to wander away, Starfire glided in a not-quite-straight line to an abandoned table with a few breakable objects on it.
"This?"
no subject
"Got it!"
no subject
"I bow to your skill, she said quietly, managing a sort of forward flip instead.
no subject
"I guess I'm not as all there as I thought," Katara said, laughing at her own mistake.
no subject
"What part of you is missing?" She didn't see any missing limbs. That was good, right?
no subject
"I'm all right, its just an expression," she said. "Maybe I can help you wit some of those expression. Is there anything else you didn't really understand that you heard today?"
She says this swaying a little, of course."

Maybe they should sit down? Star sunk to the ground, willing the spinning to stop.

"Well, Overlord Zetta has been kinda frisky today. If I were to guess, he was either talking about heavy making out or...ummm...what humans do to have babies."
She reddened a little here. Even when he wasn't in on the conversation Overlord Zetta managed to make her feel awkward.

Her protective instincts triggered, Star attempts to steady the minion and book. How did a book get drunk, anyway?
"What has happened to you?" she asked, starting to slur the words together.
no subject
Not the most smooth freakin' Overlord in the cosmos, is he.
no subject
Even now she doesn't quite get it.

"We have never been considerably warmer than usual, nor have we experienced gravity fluctuations. Do you wish to?"
Maybe it was some sort of strange Overlord experiment. Who knew?

Dizzy enough by now, Starfire seated herself next to the book and its carrier minion. "You are trying to...flirt, yes?"
With a soft grin, she starts to curl around them like a satisfied cat. What? It's getting cold and she's woozy.
