Cargn's fond of her rather vibrant personality. She's the kind of person who would be a rarity in his own world. He also respects her strength of character.

He wouldn't mind socializing with her more, but his work tends to leave little room for socialization in general.

He gets a kick out of Karis. He likes her. The way she acts about the whole undead thing has is making him think juuust a bit about what her feelings about undeath are, because he's so damn proud to be a demon and only laughs at the people who get all huffy about him and she seems to take it a personally.

He doesn't really agree with her on the whole military thing but that's a cultural difference -- demons don't HAVE a military, really, it's just 'the strongest guy is in charge'. He definitely thinks she'd be a really decent compatriot minion if she could just get over being so damn prickly and start playing along with the rest of the ship.

He kinda likes Celena. He doesn't feel uncomfortable around her, like the dragons of home, and she's a great ally in combat.

Kang is someone she respects! She thinks he has a good, sensible head on his shoulders, and that he's actually quite pragmatic - and after the log where she met his family, she understands a bit more where she's coming from (and to be honest, thought his children were adorable. She fervently hopes they're okay.)

She's not too happy that he was arguing against her during the clone dramu, but it's not like she'll up and dislike someone because they disagree with her.

Fate is her world, her love, and her everything. She's her soulmate, someone who she adores dearly, who she is quite attracted to, and who she loves to tease.

She's a bit worried about Fate now that her mother is on board, because she knows how irrational she can be when it comes to Precia...

Hmm, Kang...he's probably the closest Marco comes to trusting someone outside of the Animorphs. Of course, since Marco's still a paranoid bastard that's...not necessarily a big amount of trust. He trusts Kang to not get him killed needlessly, but he doesn't really trust him with personal stuff. for instance, he's not really going to mention the whole possibly-failing-his-eval thing. He's also noticed that Kang can be a pretty sneaky guy, so he's aware that Kang could have his own agendas going on.

He doesn't really know what to think about the fact that Kang's become friends with his mother. That's just kinda weird.

Also, Kang's kinda more like a boss than a friend. He doesn't really go and 'hang out' with Kang or anything.

He's SURE Tim is hiding something, but he has no idea what. It wouldn't ordinarily annoy him except Zetta thinks it's stupid to have secrets on the ship when everybody's supposed to be pitching in.
