Don't you wish you could fly?

Uh, well...about that. Now you can! See, for some reason, Stacy / GLaDOS / a wizard thought it would a real hoot to curse (bless?) you and now you've sprouted wings! It doesn't matter if your species would look silly with wings, you're a book, you can already fly without them, or whatever else. Too bad, you're stuck with them!

- Post the wing type you got saddled with---choose one on your own, use a RNG to choose, or leave it up to your partner! Your partner can feel free to have wings too.
- Characters who already have wings can have them modified in some way: if they can only glide, they're now capable of flight, or they can spout glitter and rainbows upon flapping. OR you can add an appendage of your choice---horn? Tail? Tentacle? Go wild.
- React, laugh, and have fun!

Wing Types:
01. Fluffy Angel Wings - The typical type you probably think of when 'wings' come to mind - you're all fluffy and downy like a Cherub - not to mention...these are very sensitive to touch...
02. Black Wings - they're beautiful, but seem a little off - and they stick out like a sore thumb!
03. Filligree Wings - very slight, very delicate and very beautiful - these are like filmy gauze attached to your skin and the most managable - if you like spider webs.
04. Fairy Wings - two sets, lucky you, you look just like a butterfly, and man are they strong - but it's hard to get them all folded up right, isn't it?
05. Devil Wings - you're like some overgrown bat - maybe you should be the one avoiding public the most for now, these might poke someone in the eye!
06. Your choice! You don't have to choose any of these, as far as your imagination goes is fine. And if there's a wing type in your canon that makes more sense, go for it!

"Stylish," Zouichi said, ~~sneaking~~ walking up to Lash from behind. "Did you wish for those?"

"Wish for what?" she asked turning at him...and feeling like something was on her back. She slowly moved a hand backwards and felt something solid there that connected to her nerves.

"What the..."

"WHAT."

Zouichi gave her a Look. "I, um. Didn't know Zetta was into cosplay."

"What the hell is cosplay?"

"Not that there's anything wrong with that," Zouichi was quick to add. "I mean, it's not really anyone else's business what you guys do in your... um. Free time. It's just...well. If he asks you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable..."

She just stared at him, her face a mixture of confusion and..okay mostly just utter confusion, as the wings behind her twitched slightly.

"I have no idea what the heck you're even talking about."

"...Is Zetta making you wear those wings while you guys have sex."

Pause.

Pause.

Mind break.

Angriest Mind break

"We haven't had sex b--WHY ARE YOU EVEN ASKING ME THIS."

"WELL, I DON'T. JUST... DON'T LET HIM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU, OKAY."

And someone couldn't help but overhear.

"Oh waaaaait a minute!" Mindy said, looking at the two, specifically YOU Lash. "You're boinking a book? How exactly does that happen?"

Because seriously. Paper cuts where they shouldn't be? Not fun.

"CAN WE SWITCH THE SUBJECT?" She moved her wings, trying to look impressive...oww her back. "LIKE HOW I ENDED UP WITH THESE?!"

"Dude, you have to admit its a pretty compelling subject," Mindy replied, snickering a little. "I didn't even know you guys were dating: its pretty funny! These, they just piss me off. I look like fucking Tinkerbell. I'm never gonna look good in a skirt that short."

Zouichi just shook his head. "I bet he has some secret demonic flame back on his homeworld or something, too. Like maybe an old student of his, or..."

Ugh, he didn't want to finish that thought.

"You," she said pointing at Zouichi, eyes narrowed, "Stop assuming the worse. Don't tell me I look like the helpless damsel in distress." She then looked over at Mindy's wings, and unconsciously folded hers on her shoulders like a cape.

"...I guess I should be thankful."

"Dude, not cool," Mindy said, looking at Zouichi. "First off, if Zetta got too handsy, Lash, me AND Ruffnut would kick his ass. Second, yeah, he DID, now he's here. And a book. He's not exactly gonna get some anytime soon, even by a bibliophile."

Which is just wrong to think about. She would ask Lash about that later. After she scrubbed out the inside OF HER BRAIN.

"Really? I keep crashing into shit. It's not fun."

Zouichi raised an eyebrow at Lash. "I was designed to assume the worst. But if you're convinced that you're fine..."

Augh, suddenly his back was itching like crazy. What the heck--?

"At least I can fold mine or something..." she looked over at Zouichi. "You okay?"

"You can fold yours? Sick!" Mindy was feeling a little less miserable now!

"I think he just figured out he's got some," Mindy said matter of fact.

Well, growing some, anyway -- a pair of downy, white-feathered wings sprouted from his back, small at first but rapidly increasing in size until they were large enough to support his weight.

Uh, luckily he was wearing a plantsuit today, or that would have been unfortunate.

"Oh. Great."

Lash let out a stream of giggles.

"Tee hee hee! That does kinda suit you, actually." At least they didn't sparkle.

"I agree!" Mindy said, giggling herself. If she had to suffer this kind of indignity, someone other people should be pulled along for the ride.

Now where was Ruffnut at a time like this?

"...How, exactly?" Clearly these wings were white, and he only wore black. And white was the opposite of black I mean come on duh.
