A Visit from the Magical Snow Fairy

This comm has been quiet for TOO LONG.

The ship is now full of snow. Seriously. It's in the hallways. It's in your bedroom. It's all over the mess hall, the sensoriums, and of course the city. How did it get here? WHO KNOWS! It's just everywhere snow should be and then a whole lot more.

NOW DEAL WITH IT!

(Meme is, as usual, open to literally anybody. Ever.)

She couldn't believe her eyes as she stepped close to him, a part of her wanting to throw her arms around him and the rest of her locked in indecision, uncertain whether that would be the best way to approach him at the moment. Alanna couldn't help remembering that people could come here from different points in time and she didn't know how George would react if she put her arms around him. Would she just confuse him?

His questions brought her back to reality. What was the best way to explain Stacy to him? "This place... is a ship of sorts, but instead of traveling on the sea like a normal one, it travels through the stars. It's generally called Stacy and..." How in the world did she explain that the ship was alive? That it appeared to be sentient from what she'd learned of it. "Let's just say that this place has quite the mind of its own." She looked around at the falling snow and snorted. "Although this is new. It doesn't typically snow. I was brought here a bit back and I've been here ever since." And I've missed you so much, she almost added, but she stopped herself. It was true, but it could be hard to open up like that, even with George.

"How long have you been here?"

(OOC: I can be patient. You have no idea how happy it would make me - and Alanna- to have George here. Good luck with the Tenth Doctor! Maybe I'll send Alanna to chat with him during pod pop. She needs to socialize more. Thank you!)

"And how exactly does it do that? I've seen a lot of different types of magic, Alanna, but nothing that could send a ship to the stars."

George would have been delighted if she'd thrown her arms around him - after all, he had made his own feelings clear on more than one occasion - but he would also have been surprised. As far as he knew, and as much as it pained him, her heart didn't belong to him. (Not yet. He was patient enough to wait and stubborn enough not to give up.)

"Minutes," he said, "One moment I was in the Dancing Dove, the next I was here."

OOC: I'm glad to hear it! And I hope you do, I think she'd make an excellent companion. The Doctor needs people who aren't afraid to keep him in line.
