A Visit from the Magical Snow Fairy

This comm has been quiet for TOO LONG.

The ship is now full of snow. Seriously. It's in the hallways. It's in your bedroom. It's all over the mess hall, the sensoriums, and of course the city. How did it get here? WHO KNOWS! It's just everywhere snow should be and then a whole lot more.

NOW DEAL WITH IT!

(Meme is, as usual, open to literally anybody. Ever.)

"Our computers are full of snow. Our inventions are full of snow. The gears are frozen and liquid's ruined just about everything else. What a perfect day."

Billy was not a happy camper. He was sloshing through the snow-covered laboratory in dismay, taking note of all the things that couldn't be salvaged. What an expensive loss this was.

Goliath hasn't played in snow (much) since he was young enough not to be required to be doing guard duty.

Thus, his guard is down.

"It's snowing..." Carson is walking down the corridors, staring up at the cieling.

"...Why is it snowing?"

Aside from all the fun things one can do with snow, one can also use snow for meditative purposes.

Nima is using her staff to draw a labyrinth on an undisturbed patch. The labyrinth is growing quite large.

Snow may be extremely inconvenient for most people on the ship, but Bella is not one of those people. She has four sturdy legs and a pelt that's been built to keep out snow since the dawn of her species.

She is bouncing along the street of the city, leaping in snowdrifts and flopping around on her back in the least dignified manner possible.

Clearly, she is having the time of her life.

It was not supposed to snow inside buildings, but somehow the floor of the tavern, and the stage, was covered in it.

At least Kang'd kept the fireplace in. He'd managed to find a good amount of wood from old, abandoned buildings around the City, and stockpiled them a few feet away. He added a few more pieces of wood to the flames, muttering a curse underneath his breath.

Jorge has his helmet on. He doesn't mind spending time with it off, but it's cold, man.

"Whoever thought of snow inside..." He mutters.

And in the Hangar, from the TARDIS...

"Oi, what've they done to you?"

A rather peeved Doctor sprinted from the control room, hopping and sliding over snow drifts to return with a shovel a few minutes later. Finding the thing took longer than usual with all the rearranging others had done, a fact that irritated him even more.

"First they change the theme, then they leave their things all about, and now snow? Snow. In the TARDIS. In my TARDIS. Will wonders never cease? No, don't answer that. That road only leads to misery for all of us."

Hardly comforted by the gentle thrum of his beloved ship, the Doctor slung a shovel over his shoulder and got to work. The usual inhabitants of the place would find themselves moving out of the way of a rather irritated man in a leather jacket. He was determined to toss this mess out that door, shoveling as furiously as his arms would allow.

Snow. It was snowing. How was it snowing and why was it suddenly so cold? ... And where was a nice warm coat when she needed one? She hated being cold!

Even being inside hadn't helped given that she'd been inside when all this nonsense started and it had been snowing as hard inside as it was outside. Alanna had finally come outside when she decided that being out and about where she could move around would be better than staying inside. At least she could be busy while she froze.

Suddenly SNOW! Cold, crisp little white flakes of snow gently drifting down atop Ash's person nearly the moment his hand touched an enticing (read: remotely pornographic) looking title in the media library. One could imagine his immediate groan/whine of displeasure as he held his hands skyward. Or. Meatward.

"Come on Stacy, really? Just when I was about to sit down and watch a movie?" Another movie that was probably as misleading as the last one.

"Why wouldn't you make it rain butter and popcorn instead?"

Ash might of ordinarily had fun with the winter weather in good company, but said good company was long since gone. For now he was going to stomp around and be a big grump, trying to find any place on the ship that wasn't quickly gathering inches of snow... which was quickly proving to be an impossibility.

Snow and cold were no big deal - in fact, they were quite welcome to Ginia, as it was something familiar in this strange, strange vessel. Skyrim was quite cold and snowy in parts, many of which she'd spent a reasonable time in during her travels.

However, snow on the inside of a building was definitely quite odd and a cause for question. At least, normally, but she chalked it up to the strangeness of the place.

"...Huh."

This was... surprising but not necessarily alarming. It was Stacy. John knew Stacy something approaching well by now.

His money was on GLaDOS as he stepped out onto the Obs Deck to survey the "damage".

Whoa. This was... a lot of snow. Enough that she'd wager there was more here than was in all of Jacobstown. At least it looked kinda nice, for being as weird as it was... Veronica would have bet on the city having simulated weather, if she hadn't woken up surrounded by snow in the bunker.

...

"If this is normal, it's gonna suck if they have rain here..."

...wait, Kais is a Firewarrior, not a Snow Warrior. At least he knows what the frosty stuff is, despite coming from an arid planet that's mostly warm. But one thumb and three fingers isn't exactly conductive to making large snowballs. Halp.
