A lot of respect and a fair bit of trust, from both. She gives off an air of being very... nurturing, I guess? Zelda's only a little younger than Nanoha (she's seventeen) and Sheik is... a fair bit older, but they both look up to her.

Billy is a human who bolsters Goliath's confidence in the species. Curious, intelligent, and to whom a lack of understanding about something means one should learn about it, not fear it. He's a good kid and Goliath wants to get to know him better.

Goliath finds Leon very unconsciously, very well-meaningly, very speciesist. But considering speciesism back on Earth was usually more along the lines of "that's a monster, shoot it!" instead of "Well, you're unusual, like everybody else here who's not human, so you'll fit right in," he considers Leon a step up, thinks very well of him for employing people not of his species in general, and likes him quite a lot.

He looks forward to getting to know him better and, most likely in the near-future, to agreeing to take orders from him as a member of Security. Getting to know him better is just a necessary formality that Goliath has to go through for the sake of his own conscience, since he's been duped by people he trusted up-front before. He needs a little evidence of honor and goodness now, but not much.

Will is a LITTLE unnerved by the idea that there are multiple versions of her friends - and by extension, of her - but she and Irma are friends for a reason and a little thing like alternate universes isn't going to get in the way of Will caring about her friends. She's so happy that Irma is here and gleefully anticipates many beach trips to the Sensoriums, once all this Nightmare King stuff dies down.

Actually, if Billy ever makes good on his thoughts of stepping down, Allen will be one of the ones most determined to change his mind. Not just because he likes Billy and thinks Billy's great, but because Billy has a strong sense of morality, and that, secretly, is one of the areas that is not Allen's strongest suit, and he knows it.
