She would have felt bad, but in all actuality, it was really funny to her, his reaction.

"It's a totally fine thing, okay?" He shrinks back a bit, reverting to the scared kid who's afraid of getting his ass kicked for something minor. "You just do that, go up and kiss random people?"

"Yeah, that's what I do, because I'm gross like that!" Kaya shot back, looking annoyed. "If I had known this would be the reaction, trust me, I wouldn't have bothered. I just thought I would get more than "ugh, get away from me."

Zouichi jerks backwards, suddenly realizing what he's doing... and utterly appalled by it. He's actually scrubbing a little at his mouth with the back of his hand.

"No, I'm the one who ended up doing that with a robot," he shoots, regretting it as soon as it's out of his mouth, but hopefully Zou doesn't take it too personally.

"I'll get To Catch a Predator on your ass right now." He isn't serious, but trying to get lighthearted might be better than continuing to freak out.
