Ah, who can forget Oregon Trail? It was that one game in elementary school that was supposed to be really educational or something, but everyone was too busy laughing at the horrible ways their friends died. So let's keep up that tradition with a meme!

Left in April, bought 3 yoke of oxen, 250 pounds of food, 10 sets of clothing, 5 boxes of ammo, and 3 wagon wheels, axels and tongues.
Set out in April 1st. Spidey gets Dysentry the second they leave.
April 7th, reach river. Attempted to ford river, lose a wagon tongue, an ox... and Spider-Man
April 12th, reach Big Blue River. Attempted to ford again. Lost 3 wagon wheels, 1 wagon tongue, 2 oxen and Shadow.
April 16th, reach a gravesite. It reads: "here lies andy - peperony and chease"
April 20th, reached Fort Kearney. Checked supplies, then continued on.
April 25th, ran out of food, Supes attempted to hunt. Failed the first time. 26th, got 3 pounds of food, 27th nothing
April 30th, found a set of clothing, 63 bullets and 2 wagon tongues
May 7th, stopped to rest for 3 days
May 10th, hunted for food, got 2 pounds of meat
May 13th, Lowe gets measles
May 14th, Irma gets a fever
May 15th, reach Chimney Rock. Attempted to trade for supplies, but Irma died
May 16th, headed out. Decided to change pace to Grueling
May 18th, Lowe dies of measles.
May 20th, reaches Fort Laramie. Attempted to trade, but no one wanted to.
May 21st, Buy 100 pounds of food and set off
May 24th, find way back after losing trail

Left in April, bought 4 yoke of oxen, 1400 pounds of food, 12 sets of clothing, 3 boxes of ammo, and 3 wagon wheels, axels and tongues.
Nothing really happens until they've left Fort Kearney.
Fort Kearney to Chimney Rock:
Hiccup gets cholera, and Kaylee breaks her arm.
Fort Laramie to Independence Rock:
Goliath and Kaylee get lost, and Astrid breaks an arm. Twice.
Independence Rock to South Pass:
Hiccup gets a snakebite.
Fort Bridgier to Soda Springs:
Hiccup gets measles.
Soda Springs to Fort Hall:
Astrid gets cholera.
Fort Hall to Snake River crossings:
Hiccup gets exhaustion.
They get help from a Shoshoni to float across the river, and on the way to Fort Boise, Hiccup gets a fever and some nice Indians help them find some food.
Fort Boise to Blue Springs:
Hiccup gets a fever, Indians help them find food again, Astrid dies from typhoid, Hiccup dies immediately after, Goliath gets cholera, and Kaylee also dies from typhoid.
Blue Mountains to Fort Walla Walla:
Goliath dies, and Kang gets typhoid.
Fort Walla Walla to The Dalles:
Kang gets cholera, and some jackass thief steals some of the food another group of Indians help him find.
Alone, Kang reaches Willamette Valley after floating down the Columbia River in November.
...this is eerily accurate, with Hiccup constantly getting sick, Kaylee getting into trouble, and Kang managing to make it on very little food.

April 18th: Time to cross the river! We caulked it, and made it across safely!
April 22nd: Obligatory peperony and chease mention.
April 26th: Reached Fort Kearney.
May 2nd: Wrong trail. Lost two days.
May 10th: Reached Chimney Rock.

May 18th: Signum has cholera. Time to rest again!

June 17th: Stopped to hunt! Fate shot a bear, and proved she is an excellent provider for her family.

June 24th: Arrived at Green River crossing. The river is 408 feet across and 21.2 feet deep, so we're takin' a ferry across!
July 3rd: A thief steals 89 pounds of food. Fate proceeds to get it back by shooting a deer, two rabbits, and a squirrel.
July 11th: Hayate has a snakebite.
July 12th: Arrived at Soda Springs. Rested a few days to treat Hayate's snakebite.
July 20th: Hayate has a broken arm.
July 21st: Arrived at Fort Hall. Again, rested a few days to help Hayate.
July 27th: WAGON FIRE. We lost all our clothes and 1,428 pounds of food. Are you fucking kidding me. T-Time to change rations and hunt.
July 31st: Signum has cholera.
August 10th: Impassible trail. Lost 5 days.
August 19th: Arrived at Snake River crossing. Tried to trade for some food, but got nothing.
August 20th: Tried to hire an Indian to help us cross. Didn't work, so we caulked it. Nothing bad happened!
August 28th: Impassible trail. Lost 10 days.
September 8th: Heavy fog. Lost 1 day.
September 12th: Arrived at Fort Boise.
September 15th: Hayate has exhaustion.
September 21st: Vivio has a broken arm.
October 1st: Nanoha has cholera.
October 3rd: Arrived at Blue Mountains. Rested for three days, then decided to head out to The Dalles.
October 7th: Nanoha has died. I give the party a month before Fate's mental breakdown kills them all.

So I crossed on my own and... the wagon tipped and everyone but me (and Ish, the oxen) drowned. So apparently I suck as party leader. Sorry guys. Oh, and now I'm down to 75 pounds of food. Looks like I'll be eating Ish. Also, I'm naked.
