Do you have someone controlling you? With some form of personification ability? I've never run into a puppet without someone controlling them.

I heal things with this. *She's holding a gun... other than some weird markings on it, and an odd grip. It looks like a gun.*

But... I've never met someone whose Soul turned people into puppets. Or a Soul that created mystical egg things that made people into puppets.

An entirely new case, no idea what shooting you would do.

[That part about Soul and being shot? That hasn't actually sunk in. No, he got about as far as 'heal', and now he's trying his very best to give you the puppet-hugging of a lifetime. He's a bit excitable in this state.]
