Oh, and even already naked people with no visible privates will have the leaves, either over their naughty bits' actual locations, or just where they should be.

They've introduced a new format this time, although you can still use the old one. There are game-specific threads, canon-specific threads, and you can still do individual threads logged in or anon.

Feel free to link to individual threads or threads for your canon in the comments. This is totally and completely optional, of course. So stay cool.

Throw up a post with your character. Others will have their characters tag saying something they've wanted to tell your character but haven't for whatever reason. They don't even need to have met before. It can just be something you think while reading those threads "Wow, if X character ever met Y she would tell him Z."

So, for example, I throw up a comment with Cassie here. Everyone and their mother comments going "Robosexual" or "Why do you like robots so much?" also "DUDE STOP BEING AN ANGST BUCKET WTF!" or "So, that R2D2..."

BONUS POINTS: Leave the comments anonymously.

Hey Trans 9! I think a lot of us don't know each other's canons or series very well, considering their are so many, so I figured it was a good day as any to talk about each others and have a canon night!

The Dye or Die meme

To balance out the scaryness of the current plot, here's a comedic interlude. GlaDOS is bored. Which means your character and another character have randomly swapped hair! That also includes anything else worn on the head: earrings, hats, etc.

If it's not immediately clear from their userpics, post what your character's hair looks like and if they wear anything else on their head.

Your characters are now ordinary high school students or teachers. No powers. No nothing. If they're not humanoid, they are now. Go go go go go.

Note: This is mostly actual RPing, but feel free to note backgroudn about your character OOCly

This meme's pretty simple. It represents the number of "dots" each character has put into a particular skill or was born with.

The categories are:

Mysticism/Magic: Your character's ability with magic, ghosts or other supernatural things.

Close Range Fighting: Your character's ability to fight at close range, with or without a weapon.

Long Range Fighting: Your character's ability to fight at long range, either with a gun, or natural abilities (such as the Force or Bending)

Piloting: Your character's ability to pilot or drive different craft.

Engineering/Hacking: Your character's facility with machines/computers, building, maintaining and modifying them.

Medicine: Pretty self explanatory

Survival: Your character's expertise at survival in a particular environment. The rating goes up if they can teach these skills to others and/or survive in multiple environments. Conversely it goes down if they are so adapted to one environment that they have trouble functioning in others (IE Lafiel's trouble with gravity or Sheeana's with water). Note the environment if the rating is above civilian.

Diplomacy/Politics: Your character's ability with interpersonal, national, international and interspecies politics. Includes both characters who have good skills in the social arena (IE have high CAR ratings) and those who are experts in sociopolitical theory.

The ratings are:

crippled: This category doesn't exist in your character's world or they are otherwise unable to access it. A character who comes from a totally scifi world with no supernatural abilities would put this rating in for Mysticism/magic, for instance.

civilian: This category exists in your character's world but your character is not trained in it nor do they have any special abilities in it.

badass: Your character either has some amount of training in this or is naturally gifted at it.

expert: Your character is either a natural prodigy at this or has spent a long time studying it.

OKAY I have decided I am going to be incredibly lame awesome and do a project in which I create a set of T9 playing cards (Standard 52 deck + 2 Jokers), so this post is half a meme and half a give Col ideas post.

So what card would your character be? Why?

Samus would be the king Queen of Spades. Spades or Clubs seem to be the only suits that fit her well enough. I can't really think of a number that 'fits' her, so queen just seemed appropriate.
Indy would be the three of hearts. Three because he's part of an awesome trilogy we shall not mention that fourth movie and hearts because he's always going for after what he loves the most, knowledge. That was lame, I'm sorry.
Scout would be the eight of diamonds. Eight because he's the youngest of eight. Diamonds because he has to be a red suit.

Superstitions. Throughout history, superstitious and other rituals have developed. Some have evolved into full-blown religions. Others have become commonplace, everyday things with few people knowing or understanding their origins. However, both types have a psychological effect on people.

As such, a question or a few to ponder:

Is your character superstitious?

If so, what sort of rituals does he, she or it engage or believe in?

How does this affect his, her or its thinking patterns?

What D&D class and alignment would your character be?
