You all have fig leaves over your privates. They cannot be removed or destroyed. They are large enough to cover everything. (They might itch a little)

Oh, and even already naked people with no visible privates will have the leaves, either over their naughty bits' actual locations, or just where they should be.

I'm not quite an albino, but I'm one of the most easily sun-damaged people found on my planet.

They're opposites, yes. But we have actual albinos on our world with pure white hair and extremely pale skin. I have a larger amount of the melanin pigment that controls darkness of hair and skin than albinos do. More melanin means more protection from the sun.

Clothing and sunscreen, neither of which I have access to. For the moment I'm trying to stay in the shade, where the sun's rays are somewhat obstructed.

Just my body's makeup, I suppose. If I had too much melanin, I would overheat in my climate. Darker colors absorb more of the sun, which is why we usually don't recommend wearing black clothing in the summer.

Shorts or trousers, usually. Others, like Jamie, wear kilts. It's not considered necessary for men to cover their chests, but women are usually required to.

Female breasts carry milk to nurse their young. Humans look for females with healthy-looking breasts because they subconsciously believe that if they mate with that person, their child will be well nourished. Because they've become part of the equation for mating, they're considered sexual areas and must be covered.

And a kilt is similar to a dress that only covers the area below the waist. They're part of the traditional attire in Scotland, where Jamie comes from.
