☀THE WARM AND TOASTY MEME☀
The situation: It is dreadfully cold. Think 'ice cave where all those slash fics are set'.
The goal: Keep each other warm tonight!

☀ STEP ONE: Comment with your characters. One comment for each character.
☀ STEP TWO: Other people reply to your characters.
☀ STEP THREE: Both participants are aware that they should/must keep nice and warm. To do that, you need to bundle up nice and closely, however grudgingly. No, killing your threadmate and cuddling the body doesn't count.
☀ STEP FOUR: Keep 'em warm! Hot cocoa, hot coffee, hot tea, hot mustard, or other suitably warming beverages will be provided if you cooperate.
☀ STEP FIVE: Lulz ensue!

((Basically just a winter-themed cuddle meme, with evil ideas from Shae and Col. Add some cuddle urges in the air if your characters won't otherwise cooperate but you want them to.))

Katara was perfectly fine in this weather, but had never seen anyone be around this kind of weather with that lack of clothing.

"Starfire? Are you ok running around like this? It's awful cold."

I have flown in thin atmospheres. It is...unpleasant, but survivable.

[Reptile + temperature extremes = Not Good. There's no fire, or materials for a fire, either, so he's cursing in Nerakese and curling in on himself to try and keep heat from leaving him more quickly than it already is. He's, uh, moving a bit sluggishly, too.]

Katara spied her blue friend shivering, and immediately picked him up, bringing him closer to her, and surrounding them both in a large, fluffy blanket.

"I thought you could use a pick me up," she said, handing him a steaming mug of hot chocolate. "You looked cold."

[Billy is working on the same device, and he's not faring well against the cold either. In his stumbling he discovers a blanket. That should help her shivering---he scrambles to get it and wrap it over her shoulders.]

It's a low-tech solution, but it should keep you warm enough until we can rig something else.

::There's a bundle/pile of white fur bumble-rolling toward her scent. It's shivering a little but not by much. Layers of insulated fur and all that. Speaking of which, a section of said fur extends out. It's supported by a Renne-sized arm but the fur very likely covers this fact entirely::

Katara is pretty observant when it comes to looking at snow and ice, and upon seeing an all too familiar book here, she picked it up immediately, bringing him to shelter.

"Are you feeling all right, Overlord Zetta?" She was already heating up some water to thaw him out.

[Starfire gasped, sweeping up the poor book.]

Are you harmed? Here, we will melt the ice. '[Somehow. She has to be able to build a fire somewhere.]

[Jamie's currently searching through the cave trying to find something - anything - that will work to keep him warm. He's also trying not to let his teeth chatter that much. He's a Highlander. He can deal with a wee bit of cold, right?]

Katara glided onto the scene, noting that Jamie seemed to be getting pretty cold himself. She followed him silently, watching as he tried to find something to keep himself warm. Finally, she spoke up.

Ok, let's get something straight. Yes, weather changes in New York. Now, Upstaters? TOTALLY used to cold. Middle staters? Just as much.

Down state though? Not so much. That was why you invested in bubble coats. It kept your ass nice and warm.

So here's a shivering Mindy, clearly far from happy, trying to keep her shit together.
